1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ailacs Identity ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ailacs Identity provides enterprise-grade authentication and identity management services, including but not limited to:

  • User authentication and authorization
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • API access and integration tools

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms by all users in your organization

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use another user's account without permission
  • Create accounts using automated means
  • Provide false or misleading information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Pricing for our paid plans is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5.2 Billing

For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
  • Payment is due in advance of the billing period
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for paid plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Service Availability and Support

6.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are detailed in your subscription agreement.

6.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

6.3 Support

Support availability varies by plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support as outlined in their agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ailacs Identity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AILACS IDENTITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • At our discretion, with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ailacs Identity is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
